By accessing or using the Go Funnel platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Go Funnel provides a server-side attribution and analytics platform that helps businesses track, measure, and attribute marketing performance across multiple channels. The Service includes server-side tracking, multi-touch attribution modeling, call tracking, AI-powered call scoring, real-time dashboards, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you provide to or collect through the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for the purpose of improving our Service, but such data will not identify you or your customers individually.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Go Funnel and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Go Funnel.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Go Funnel, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
